Dr Kelvin Luk completed his dental degree at the University of Melbourne in 2017. He is of a gentle and calm demeanour, always taking the time to understand his patient’s concerns. Being a strong believer in evidence-based dentistry, he strives to achieve the best possible long-term outcome for his patients. Dr Kelvin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in Oral surgery and Endodontics. He frequently attends continuing professional education courses to further his knowledge and skills in all areas of dentistry. When not at work, you can find Kelvin keeping fit at the gym, playing badminton or bouldering with his friends. He also enjoys spending time with his dogs and trying out new restaurants with his partner.
Dr JY completed the Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Melbourne before relocating to Ballarat. It was there that he worked with lovely mentors who taught him that the art of dentistry goes beyond teeth. JY has now returned to Melbourne, and along with Dr Kelvin Luk, founded Officer Smiles. They are excited to meet the community of Officer and surrounds. JY has a caring heart, and genuinely listens to you. Meeting and helping people from all walks of life is what gets JY up for work every morning. Implant surgery and cosmetic dentistry are JY’s special interests. He also continues to expand his skills in orthopaedic and orthodontic dentistry. The attention to detail required in these disciplines is what JY loves. Outside of work, you will find JY staring into his world of planted aquascapes, checking out the latest movies and playing DOTA with his wife.
